An industrial accident at a robotics lab causes a malfunctioning unit to go rogue and begin to terrorize the city. Two hardened cops are assigned to the case and must stop the homicidal robot, while protecting the only eye witness to an attack. Nothing can stop the man made might of the renegade bot and the cops will need to pull all their resources to decommission the mandroid maniac!
